About Me

Hello! I’m Jeannie Herman, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with licenses in both Minnesota and Oregon. I currently reside in Minneapolis, but my journey has taken me between both states, which has shaped my passion for offering online therapy to individuals in both Minnesota and Oregon.

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by psychology and the ways in which our beliefs, thoughts, and perceptions shape our experiences. I believe in the incredible power we have to create positive change in our lives through understanding and transforming these inner landscapes. This passion led me to pursue a career in therapy, where I help others navigate their unique paths toward healing and growth.

Outside of work, I’m an artist and love spending time in nature. Music plays a big role in my life—whether I’m singing, dancing, playing guitar, or piano, it brings me joy and peace. I also cherish time with friends and animals, as they remind me of life’s simple pleasures.

I’ve personally experienced the challenges of living with Long Covid, and I’m deeply connected to the importance of understanding both physical and mental health. My experience with chronic illness has given me a unique perspective that I use to support others who are managing their own physical or mental health challenges.
